MNNIT ROCKS

This is one of oldest college to provide mechanical engineering course along with civil engineering and electrical engineering. So it will have definitely good and enough sources of education. And it is also situated near to my state (Bihar) that's why I preferred to go there.

Course curriculum of mechanical branch of MNNIT allahabad is quit similar with the curriculum of other nits. They all are following same subjects and topics to cover. Faculties are well qualified and good enough to teach but for some professors may not connect the students.

There are so many companies coming in campus for selection of students. But for coding related number of companies are very high I compare with companies coming for core related. There are many alumni and their active groups which help the students to get placed who does not get selected in campus.

Fee for students whose family income is above 5 lack per annum is 113500 who live in hostel. But there are fee waiver is also available for categories (st, sc) and whose families Income below 5 lacks. This institute also provides the funds to pay fee by alumni fund which we have to pay back after getting jobs. Campus jobs are too good for software oriented students but for core oriented students due to covid 19 average no. Of companies has been arrived.

Life at campus are so good. There are various clubs are active at least 3-4 technical clubs. More than 10 clubs are of sports and music. So after coming from classes we have lot things to do as our wish. Infrastructure is like old type but new building are also in progress hopefully in coming 10 years it looks very very good that no one can question for his Infrastructure.

Yes hostel is available for everyone who wants to get it with charge of 12000 per semester. Hostel facilities for 1st year students are very good and also food provided in that hostel ( swami vivekanand boys hostel) is good I compare with other hostels.

No, I just pass the entrance exam JEE MAIN conducted by NTA with a good rank. And after counseling I get this college in second round. There need not be give any other test or interviews.
