Aligarh Muslim University is one of the oldest and most prestigious institution of the Indian Subcontinent. Its has wide infrastructure, enormous campus area, wifi facility, chilled drinking water, gymnastics, clean classrooms etc. Food in the mess and canteen is cost effective and hygienic. Academics Aligarh Muslim University provides quality education in all the respect. Lakhs of students try every year for admission in Aligarh Muslim University. Placements are also very well and of high quality.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I love plants. Botany faculty is brilliant. Semester exam pattern is normal, based on syllabus which they have been taught. Exams are conducted always in time. And teaching method is also very good project based.
Placement Experience
Placements depends upon the degree which you are pursuing.for b.tech. student in zhcet and in third year,students become eligible for campus placements.for example in Google with approx. 30 lakhs p.a. Amazon with approx. 24 Lakhs p.a. Placement depend upon your hard work and knowledge , not on college.
Campus Life
Aligarh Muslim University provides separate hostels for boys and girls.Each Hall maintains a Common Room with facilities for indoor games, a Reading Room, Library, Sports Clubs and a Literary and Cultural Society.
Hostel Facilities
There are 19 halls of residence for students with 80 hostels. Almost all admitted students get allotted hostels , thus is quite affordable. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. No hostel fee but one pays a dining charge of Rs 1200 per month.
Admission
No ,Gd ,interview. Just entrance exam for bsc entrance 11th and 12th syllabus are sufficient enough for clearing amu entrance, three months are enough.
