Remarks

It provides a platform for growth in all areas. Being a girls college, we were surrounded with all kind of opportunities. Academically and cocurricular wise. Also the growth and learning each of us experienced was a holistic one.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academics are pretty good in our department. Fair system is provided. And the faculty is kind and helpful and experienced. The syllabus can get better. It was satisfactory. Nothing of an impressive factor.

Placement Experience

1.5

The placements were relatively less this year. The companies that came were mostly in the it sector. And less of the creative sector. We had few entrance tests by Ernst and young and Wipro and other companies.

College Events

5

It was really amazing. Every week had some program or the other. College life was the best. I feel like you won't have fun like this in any other college. Such was the spirit of all the events held in our college.

Campus Life

It's pretty disappointing. We've hardly any space to move around. Classes are cramped in some blocks. And the trees and greens are less too. The colours are dull and mundane. However we've a great library that's accessible.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is really nice except for the food and the strict curfew. There are 6 students in one room and there's a common study hall. Each person gets a personal cupard. We've good aeration and the hostel gets cleaned everyday.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The length of course curriculum is very short. It is very difficult for both students and teachers to complete the syllabus in limited time period. The exam timing are also very conjusted and students are facing many difficulties because of it .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually the syllabus is much concentrated on kerala history and heritage studies part. So this will enrich the ideas about museums, different archaeological sites in kerala, and also field visits are there as part of the course which will increse your practical knowledge as well as theoratical part.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is purely based on kuhs. The academic are finished a month before university exams . 85% attendance is maintained for exam. I choosed this course and college as my sister had passed out from this college with great score. For my MDS too i prefer this college as one of my option. Preclinical studies should be a little bit improved by showing some kind of 3D modes of teaching. Exam timing are so clear and perfect.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
