Remarks

I have been a student at VTU Belgaum in the MBA program, being a part of a renowned prestigious college has been an accomplishment in itself. Our university is the best if you're poor or don't want to spend too much money on your PG. They provide MTECH, MCA, and MBA with very good hostel accommodation and very good library facilities. If I had to sum it up in one sentence, it's a bang for your buck you've paid, and you'll even get a scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's excellent, but in addition to the curriculum, they should focus on other skill development skills. Exams are of the CBCS pattern, with internal marking of 40 points and external marking of roughly 60 points; however, we must write 100 points, which will be scaled down to 60 points.

Course Fees: INR 34260 per year

Placement Experience

Since we're university students, placement possibilities have yet to begin in our college. Each year, one placement drive will be held, most likely in March, although I attended placements outside of campus and was selected for a couple, and for internships, we must find companies on our own.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our university reimburses for accommodation and meal expenses, and the federal government offers a stipend to SC students, who will receive a free laptop. All PG students who are enrolled in university receive a free laptop. The fee structure is very feasible. My first year fees summed up to almost 11,420/-.

Campus Life

The sports facilities here are fantastic, with a badminton court, tennis court, a large stadium, and a cricket area. There is a separate gym for men and women, and the physical education teacher is fantastic.

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.
