Remarks

The Admission is based on rank in the VITEEE EXAM. It is for all the campus Bhopal Chennai Vellore and Amravati. It was an easy to medium level test just as jee main it got 54 k rank and got I into vit Bhopal vit Vellore is always the first preference

Course Curriculum Overview

The professor is Ph.D. holders and they are very cooperative. I took btech computer science as we see more placements in cse core branch other than mechanical and electrical. Vit Bhopal uses cltech technology and ffcs.

Internships Opportunities

Summer internships and open source contributions are very common in our college. Students are given extra credit if they complete an internship and also compnies hire students for internships Students generally grab all the internships at the time of 3 rd year and 2 nd year

Placement Experience

The average package is 6-8 lakhs and the highest package is 45 lakh in Microsoft. Students are given incampus choice of placement and also given off-campus placement information. All the companies are visiting the campus at the time pf placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for btech is 2 lakh per year and it also provides scholarships for students from rural background. The scholarship is not based upon merit. The fees is divided into two groups group a and b,A has course with less fees

Campus Life

Life at campus is very good There are many clubs Both technical and nontechnical. Many hackathons are hosted and. It has google developed clubs too. The campus is 200 acre and very beautiful. The greenery is very good and we also have a lake on campus

Hostel Facilities

The hostel has all Single, Double, Triple, Four, Six Eight bedded rooms. Fees are decided on the basis of room chosen Mess fees are also taken It has a gym, badminton, table tennis, fitness rooms and also tv for sports matched

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Life at MITS , Gwalior

Placement Experience:

The Placament in MITS are decent, especially for the computer science and IT branches , with companies like TCS, wipro, infosys visiting regularly. other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
