Eligibility of Bachelor's of Engineering Computer science from government engineering college Rajkot is to just clear 12th science from any recognized board and appear in gujcet exam and clear the cutoff and go through acpc counselling. The entire admission process was conducted online and was best for students. Reservation benefits are just cutoff relaxation.
Course Curriculum Overview
My interest in Computer engineering and the opportunity which we are going to get after completion of the course attracted me toward it. Not only the course and degree are important but what quality of education we are getting is important. From Government engineering college Rajkot we are getting teaching from well qualified faculties who are experts in their field. Also, fully featured laboratories help us to grow our knowledge. We have to give two exams in the entire semester 1st one is mid sem and then the end sem.
Placement Experience
Students from the 8th semester i.e. final year students can appear in placement. Companies like TCS, gtpl, etc visit our college to recruit students. To get here chances of placement students have to go for internship or project in the 8th semester. Our college have a specific placement cell at every branch which contacts the different company.
Fees and Financial Aid
As college is a government college so we don't have to pay any fees, just 1500 for an entire year and girls don't have to pay any fees. Digital Gujrat, MYSY, etc are the major scholarships students opt for and get more than they pay.
Campus Life
The college conducts many fests every year to enhance our knowledge and provide us with exposure. The major fest is brezinger which is a very huge event in the entire Saurashtra. College run NCC, NSS,etc There are many other social groups such as code chef, coders for electronics, youth brigade, etc
