Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is highly appreciated. And faculty members are also very much helping nature. I chose this college because it has good coding culture and placement statistics. Faculty to student ratio is around 40:1 which is pretty good as they can assist each and every student. Since it is the National Institute of technology so you can predict the qualification of the faculty and their teaching methods. We have to give mid semester exams and end semester exams, there is internal and external lab viva too. And you have to work hard to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Students in the 5th semester get a chance to sit in internship exams, mainly role offered is of software developer intern in coding branches with around 60k stipend. You can have projects according to your profile, for the coding profile you can have projects in web development, Android development or machine learning.
Placement Experience
For placement, students are eligible from the 7th semester. Around 300+ companies visit our college and around everyone gets a chance to show their talents and most of the students get too. We got around 800+ offers. The highest package this year is 51 LPA and the average package is around 10 lakh. Above 80% of students get placed. My plans are to get a campus selection and look for opportunities in my career.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is this college is 187000 annually. But if you are from a financially low background you will have to pay less. There are 3 slabs, if your family annual income is greater than 5 lakh then you will have to pay the whole amount. And if between 1 to 5 lakh then you will have to pay 65% of the total and if lower than 1 lakh then you will have to pay 33%. You can get scholarships from your state scholarship program and financial assistance too.
Campus Life
Annual fest occurs in March-April and tech fest occurs during September-October. Library provides every kind of book and you can get the book issued. Classes have fans and ducts for students being comfortable. There are many extra co-curricular activities that anyone can participate and college got two grounds one for gym and hockey and the other for cricket and others. There are many groups run by students like a coding club, Dhruva club and many more.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are quite big and clean they provide every essential necessity and clean RO water. Meal quality is pretty decent and they provide a variety of food in a week. The registration process of the hostel is done in registration for a semester we don't have to do other things. And the hostel is affordable to everyone. I stayed in a hostel, I don't take a rented room.
