Remarks

The eligibility of the course is a minimum of 50% in PU. The application form will be provided via online and offline mode. Selection is based on merits and Rooster wise. Online mode is not that convenient need to improve that.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BSc. My combination was Physics Maths and computer science. I am interested in physics maths. Cs seemed like an interesting subject and there is scope so I chose Cs. Faculty is nice. All the departments Physics Maths and Computer science provide guidance and assistance to students. Lecturers are well versed in their field. Labs are good and teaching is nice. 2 sems per year. 1 sem has 1 theory exam 2 internals. Exam paper is from Kuvempu University. It is quite easy to pass but difficult to score more marks.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very reasonable. It is a Government college. The hostel fee is also reasonable. Fee hike every year is not that much first year for CS they'll charge 9000 and next 2 years around 3000. Vidyarthi Mitra scholarship will be provided. The campus is not there but lecturers will provide guidance if interested in doing the job.

Campus Life

There will be many fests including the inauguration and valedictory of Vignana parishath. The library is quite large and many books are there. You can find almost every book related to academics. There are also books to prepare for competitive exams. There are equipment for sports and it is quite good There are NSS NCC Red Cross Rovers and rangers and pathways training cell.

My Regret of joining St George School of Business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Semester 4, my course included the concepts of Radioactivity which has been a fascinating topic for me, and wanting to learn that aspect pf chemistry was a reason that lead me to choose this course. the curriculum is not sufficient or up to date for current further academic pursuits. the course curriculum should include more scientific instruments commonly used in labs and the teachers could preferably be more positive with their attitude and create an atmosphere where learning is chased. where the teaching doesn't feel like they're just doing their job and finishing their hours by reading ppts off a laptop. the exams themselves are fair and well prepared. perfectly balanced to score based on how much you've learnt.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i choose is bsc because of the different subjects in this course it has electronics and computer science . The curriculum prepares me by special courses and the new ways of teaching. The methods of teaching is good but we need new ways like learning with games. The timing of exam is 3 hours for eights marks, and the difficulty is the benches are not comfortable

Peaceful College And Campus Life

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students get eligible for campus placement, No of companies such as Cipla, infosys,accenture, TCS, wipro, Icici bank have visited our college, provide placements and 90% students get placed in reputed companies. My plan after finishing my Bsc ,i will opting for MSc Biotechnology, then a PhD.I will become a professor.

My journey in Christ University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

I had to choose this college because I had this college as a last option when didn't get selected for neet ug . After getting into this college it has taught me lot of new things. There is lot more than academics. It's making friends . Yes I tried for other colleges also but the admission process was already over on all those colleges . No blame to any colleges because I was not in time . The admission process was quite easy for me as it was management seat. I had admission in just one day. If you want to apply for government dear then there is a long process. First you need to take your 12th marks card to the college and then apply for the course subjects you like . If there is vacancy then you get the seat. If not then you will be given another subject . Almost everyone gets the subject they have applied for but if you are the last one to apply then there may be some chance not getting this favourite subjects.
