Remarks

The college had very good electronics faculty. and the infrastructure is also good.

Entrance Preview

The exam was HSC and i scored PCM-91 and got admission in round 3.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was good as per mumbai university.

Placement Experience

The placement were not much and crieteria for placement was set with 60% benchmark. the did bring companies for placement.

College Events

Tech fest and Cultural fest both were celebrated with lot of zeal.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship or loan was provided by the institution.

Campus Life

The campus life was good. the gender diversity was good. with extracurricular activities debates and robotics were all present in the fest period.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni from the college are not much of a help and hope for getting the network formed.

Exam Structure

Yes the Exams and lab was hectic as it was semester pattern and they had to finish the portion and lab in stipulated time..

Admission

I got admission through the CAP round . I opted for electronics and got on merit in 3rd round.

The course curriculum is pretty outdated. I am in cybersecurity specialization and there are only 2 subjects(starting from 2nd year) related to cybersecurity.and those courses are good but the faculty teaching them arent that great. they just read out the ppts, which they dont even share.

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.

I don't know much about the placements but I heard that after third year onwards you get placement opportunities . The highest package is 12 lacks and the average package is between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks .

That aspect that made me choose this course that the it very oriented with the project based learning which prepare students for the industry level knowledge and ready for the job . It really prepare for the real world problem which are needed in the industry. Some improvements can also be added as the era is of AI the curriculum can be shaped based on the AI for future proof. The frequency of the exam is every 6 months it is very good to have exams every 6 months as students get to check their knowledge on timely basis the difficultly level is manageable.
