Scope for Growth. A review of LTCE college

The course corriculum at ltce is highly relevant. the subjects i have in sem 6 are data analytics, cryptography and security systems,software engineering and project management,machine learning,distributed computing. Thoughfully designed to equip students with blend of theory knowledge and practical expertise.

Total fees structure is 1,20,00 but there are certain scholarship provided by Mumbai University. I belong to category EBC(Economic Weaker Sections) so by total fees was 70,200 along with approx 2700 exam fees. For women there are certain fee waver schemes that are been provided my college as well. As the colllege has became autonomous the fees is going to be increasing.

Campus life is lower than moderate and campus is quite short.It has canteen (crowded) and ground (mostly occupied by kids of the neighbouring international school). Annual fest and departmental fests takes place but taking permission from principal is quite a task. Sports opportunites are provided only when all the lectures are over which is around 4 when all students are leaving to go home. Politics takes place in the club.

Admission process of the college is through mhtcet, jeemains and direct admission is also their. Taking admission in 2022 was quite easy. as the cutofff was around 75%ile. but coming to 2025 the cutoff went up and its quite difficult to take admission.

Faculty to ratio isnt that good. The relationship faculty holds with the students is great. All faculties are respectful and kind. There are in total 3 exams conducted in to college. 2 unit tests and 1 main semister exams. The unit text is of 20 marks and the main semister exam is of 80 marks. The curriculum they hold is its easy to pass but difficult to score. Exams are nor easy nor difficult. if studied well can be scored easily.In total of 120 students of single branch hardly 10 students fail to pass/clear the exams and 3-4 students manage to score more than 9 pointer.

Hostel is not provided by college. Students here have to find pg near the college. college doesnt have gym. library is present and well maintained. cafeteria is there but exteremly crowded and sort of unhygenic.
