Remarks

It's a private college, having no entrance exam but they take admission based on jee mains or Karnataka-based entrance exams. College has more students by management quota than any exam. They take more fees from those who took admission by any entrance exam. They took all my documents at addmission time - specially all the documents of 12th. The base fee was 60000 in 2018. They increases their fee 70000 in 2020. Department deals with each student about fees, even if they aggred for 120000. They are taking all the documents so later student can't leave the college in any situation. But overall If you want to take admission in 2021 then you should deal for 65k to 75k but not more than that. You should not dream that it's a big college or you are going in a great place, it's a average college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

My dream was to be someone who can design a virtual world. So I took admission in computer science. The faculty: students ratio is 1:45 It can even increase, in the first year you might get a good ratio of 1:30 but in later years the ratio will be up to 1:60. The qualification of the teacher is good, sometimes it is hard for North Indian students to understand their English. The issue is, almost department is rotating the same teachers in all the semesters, you will get same teacher in your next year for different subjects. Teaching methods is same, open PPT on board and giving lacture, but actually you have to study to pass all your examination. All the internals are on time, the way they are taking exam is good. Student get preparation for an internal exam and it helps a lot in University exam. No, you will pass easily if you study at least 1 hour daily.

Internships Opportunities

1.5

Internship opportunities is not good, they will give a course from Wipro, it's related to networking. It's cost approx INR5000. If you can find an internship outside, it will be more helpful. Or else you have to pay the fee and get the certificate because it's necessary according to vtu.

Placement Experience

3.5

Their is almost 20% placement. The main Firms which visits is HCL, Wipro, Surya infotech, Enfinty technology and few more. But if you have gained the knowledge then you can get jobs easily in Bangalore. I am already placed by in tcs by writing tcs ninja exam, it's a good opportunity for you too. The average package is INR 400000 or 4 lacks per annum, maximum package of last year was 9.6lacks.

Fees and Financial Aid

The base fee structure is 60k in 2018 now it increases to 80k. But it depends on the deal between college trust and students, some students paying the 125k per year and he is my classmate. My fee structure is 60k. But if you want to take admission then try to deal fro 60k to 75k but not more than that. The only way you can get a scholarship if you get marks of more than 8 cgpa in a year. Campus placement is okay, it's almost 20%.

Campus Life

3.5

We have ground for games like cricket, volleyball, and football. Once in a year their is a gaming activity, you have to participate in the game and you can win some amount. Last year we had pubg, chess, cricket, volleyball and some more games. Instead of game, once in two year we are celebrating a festival Nakshatra, you can visit the college website to see photos and all. You can participate in dance, singing, any act, music and some more activities.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

You can get hostel easily, food quality is bad. Better you could get a pg outside. But their is no pg near the college so you have to take at the distance of minimum 7 km. I am living in Banglor cross approx 9km from college, but I was in hostel in my first year, same I will suggest you too, so you could get to know the place and locality.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement on final year, they have to maintain their grad points in every semister about 8 for a good package. Even some times grade points level down in front of skills and other courses made externally, so skill development is most important. Some of the companies like Wipro, L and T, Isro, Tech mahindra, Skanray, Keynes and so on were their on campus. But our many faculties help every student who is need of a job, with every possible off campus placements. Placment department are trying their best for all skilled, top rank and low rank students for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since my kcet rank was low I want a good clg so I choose this college I choose electrical and electronics. also I'm very interested in electrical department I wanted eee branch so I choose this Curriculum actually helps you to learn and solve real world problems since it's a core branch you have to concentrate on our syllabus. We get to learn lot of things also we have 4 labs there you can learn practically . In our clg they additionally we have lab Called skill lab there you can learn lot of things additionally . I feel they should add some programming language as subject in eee additionally even though we learn that in 1st year there should be continuous so . Even our colleges provide boot camps for 10 days every sem where experienced trainer will come and teach you but I feel that's not enough they have include programming languages as our part of curriculum. In internals they provide 1hour time for for 30 marks and sem exams 3hr for 100 marks so it's manageable .
