Remarks

I'm pursuing criminology and police administration in dg Vaishnav college it is a wonderful college with great infrastructure and facilities and the faculties are very well trained on their departments in my department we have 7 faculties on that 3 of them finished their Ph.D., 1 cleared NET, and a drill instructor is an ex-military man who was there in the operation of Vijay divas.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The syllabus is easy to cop up but it is necessary to have at least 75% of attendance for attending the end semester examination and moreover there is no other way to attend like some colleges give hall tickets by getting fine here if you don't have sufficient attendance you can't attend exam the exams are easy if you understand concepts.

Internships Opportunities

5

All departments give internships for the students if you are interested in any other field as you approach the faculties they are ready to arrange an internship in the field you want and you can do internships also in abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides placements for various departments but in criminology, the department provides you internship and a list of field visits like open-air prison, forensic science lab, police station, state human rights commission, fire station, police training academy, etc.

Campus Life

5

In this college, you have a disciplinary committee, friends of police, NCC(armored and infantry) units, NSS, and each department has its forum which consists of students from every year to help and to give ideas for the welfare of the department and we have anti-ragging squad also.

Interview Experience

5

There is counseling with the head of the department and the cut-off rate is high for this department as it has high demand in the college if you are good in your academics you can shine here like a sun.
