I applied to various colleges such as BVB, Bhuvneshwar, NMIMS Mumbai, and amity law college. I got an offer call from all the colleges but I decided to choose this college due to the faculty and location of the college. The admission process was very smooth at amity

I choose this course as from my childhood I want to do public service or rather something which could be beneficial for society, so to pursue this I decided to pursue my studies in law. In my college the student-faculty ratio is around 30:1. Exams here are pretty hard but with hard work one can clear the exam with ease

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The hike policy is 10 percent every year and the college give Nehru scholarship to 10 students based on need cum merit bases which is aroun 50000. The college also provide one internship opportunity with stipend to every students

Campus Life

The amenities in classrooms include a smartboard, AC etc . There is one huge library in amity which includes various book of different author which helps to study before exams. The college has one fest Collegehub which is conducted in months on April.

Hostel Facilities

The host has 2 hostels and one canteen which has good quality of food. The registration process is quite simple and the affordability rate is not high. The locality of the hostel is good too. The menu of every day is different.

Interview Experience

In the admission process, one group discussion followed by a personal interview was held. In a group discussion, the topic was economy in covid times and In the personal interview question such as why you want to become lawyer, why amity, etc were asked which were quite simple.

Delhi University bringing a diverse opportunity.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being very passionate about law it brought me closer towards the subjects i thought I'd never like. It's vast curriculum has made me like a lot of subjects and has also given me a real life applications and further academic achievement however I feel like the curriculum should focus on law subjects from the very beginning and teaching could be improved by further interactive session between students and faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very much practical knowledge based and helps the students to grow there legal reasoning which helps them to prosper in the profession. Also it helps them to read and correlate the real time judgements being passed, this curriculum prepares the students to understand the reasoning behind the judgements. Though the curriculum is practical knowledge based it still requires many improvements as these case are old and some of them are even overruled, also the we have to write very long answers which needs to be changed as new methods like ooen text book exams can be adopted to improving.

Placement Experience:

After 2 years of integrated courses, you can become eligible for a job. In law, there is no company, but if you have good communication skills, you will be placed in one of the high courts or supreme courts under a senior lawyer. I don't know much about packages. My plan was to go to Oxford University for further studies.
