EAMCET, Rank - 25000 Choice of interest Electronics in Engineering and as a non reserved category , had no other option to Select this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course curriculum was almost the same for all branches till the third year and the only difference was jumbling of subjects across branches. While coming to the electives, we had no option in our college to select the elective of our choice and the college management decided the elective which we have to choose based on the availability of the faculty.

Internships Opportunities

No internship Will be provided at the college. As, there is no internship there would not be stipend also.

Placement Experience

0.5

There will not be placements at the college and regarding job opportunities, you will not be in a position to get a job in outside world. But, the irony is that we can get a job in the same college as an assistant professor for any Branch of your choice.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for a counselling student is as per the norms of the government and JNTU Hyderabad. but, whereas for a management student it would very costly. And as I was a counselling student , I ended up paying 28500 every year. Moreover, management used to lieu heavy fines for the students who' have low attendance.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no. Awards or rewards or any scholarships given by the college in particular. We only used to get the scholarships and fee waivers as prescribed by the government and that too after paying many tips to the staff in the college office.

Campus Life

1.5

Gender ratio was not bad , as in our class of 60 students, we have 35 boys and 25 girls. Regarding extracurricular activities, we used to have a college fest organized every year and off course to participate in any event there used to be any entry fee.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is followed as per the norms of JNTU Hyderabad and all the question papers are prepared by JNTU Hyderabad only. The lab internals and external marks are dependent on how close you are with the lab incharge rather than how much knowledge you have.

Admission

Wrote EAMCET exam in the year 2007 after finishing my intermediate. Cleared the EAMCET exam by securing a rank of 25000 out of 180000 students who appeared for the exam. After securing the rank, attended the first phase of counselling and secure vathsalya college.

Faculty

1.5

Faculty were all freshers, who just passed their . While coming to the electives, we had no option in our college to select the elective of our choice and the college management decided the elective which we have to choose based on the availability of the faculty.

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.
