Remarks

I applied to manit Bhopal, however, I wasn't able to fetch any better branch than chemical, I applied here outside the Haryana quota, namely All India (AI). The admission criteria are based upon jee mains rank. The counselling is first held by HSTES, then after when some seats are left empty then they are opened for open counselling which in my case was held offline.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in technologies, moreover computers. So, this was an important criterion for me to get enrolled in the computer engineering branch. There are about 70 students in my class, The faculties are well qualified many have published research papers on their respective subjects. Terms in our case are quite well arranged, keeping in the current scenarios they are shifted into a continuous evaluation process.

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 74000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies visit on campus like amazon, adobe (girls), Samsung. They offer paid internships however many companies do not pay for internships. Internships are based upon skill sets, there are coding tests held then internships are offered accordingly from 20k to 50k or more depending on the companies.

Placement Experience

Students usually start applying in 7 sem, however many even get ppo from the previous sem as well, on campus companies like Amazon, Adobe (girls), Samsung and many visit. Many students apply off campus. The avg package is around 7 lpa for all branch, For circuital branch its high.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it's a govt university, fees here is nominal as compared to private colleges, also there are certain scholarships for students under tuition fee waiver which is similar to ews. even some students pay a fee of around 7k for a semester under tfw, however, I don't have much clarity upon this.

Campus Life

Elements CULMYCA is the name of the annual fest of JC Bose University of Science and Technology YMCA Faridabad. Usually, it's conducted in the month of March. Talking about the amenities in the classroom there are some classrooms that are air conditioned however not all. Sports facilites are so so. However, there are many clubs that are the soul of the college namely MANAN which specialises in computers, IEEE, Microbird, Geeksman and many more.

My admission process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulty in that. I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. Application forms and date of admission and other necessary information is given on the website timely. JC Bose University, YMCA -- best college

The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats. For btech , one need to first clear the jee mains entrance examination, after clearing for counselling process you need to participate in HSTES counseling.
