CODING CULTURE, LOCATION as Gandhinagar is an IT city, institute placements is increasing day by day, seniors are very much helpful, institute is going day by day, overall institute is developing at good pace.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are highly supportive and interactive. Computer science engineering is growing day by day. Interest of students towards computer science engineering is also growing. Future generations is lot of depending on such technologies.

Placements are good as compared to other newly established Indian Institute of Information Technologies. Average is 11 Lac per annum which is a good amount. Although placement depends on your coding skills

Fee Structure And Facilities

Scholarships support is available but not from the institute they can guide you how to get scholarships. Fee structure is normal as compared to other institutions. Because other IIIT ' s fees structure is much high as compared to IIITV.

Campus Life

Campus life is not that much good. We are having our hostel life in a temporary campus which is changing every year. That's why you can face problems in this. Although temporary campus has also it's own adventures.

My honest Experience at Ahmedabad University

Placement Experience:

Placements at Ahmedabad University are structured and well-organised. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and the placements cell starts preparing us earlier through workshops, mock interviews and resume sessions. A good range of companies visit the campus, including consulting firms, it companies, finance and analytics roles, start-ups and well-known multinational organisations. The number of offers varies each year, but most visiting companies recruit for roles like business analysts, software developers, marketing associates, finance trainees and operations roles.

Placement Experience:

Their is an placement faculty in my college, many companies like torrent, birla, tcs etc and many more companies visit our college. Also our college provides internship for students. The average salary pakage is about 3 lakhs which is less and about 65% of students are placed every year. Highest pakage of my college is about 8lacks per annum. About my plan after completing degree is that if college place me for about salary upto 6 lakhs then i will place otherwise i will go for preparation of "GPSC" exam and set the carrier their.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.

Review the SVIT college by a dumbass who apparently decided to do D.voc????

Placement Experience:

Well we are not eligible for placements and I don't know about others. The college says studes have gotten jobs at companies like Google, MS, intel, AMD, Airbnb but not sure how true that is. Don't have info on what package students get on average or who's gotten the highest. Don't have info on percentage of students getting placements, but I ASSUME it's low and obviously students should apply for placements outside of campus anyways.

Last year total of 75% students got placed with average of 11lpa package and highest package was 60 lpa. Also this college helps you get internship opportunities right from 2nd year which is very good.

I took jee mains exams in 2023. I was preparing from fitjee Delhi. I took the exam for the January session. My percentile was 96.4. Later decreased to 92.
