Decent ROI, Good faculty to student ratio, lesser batch size. I had enquired about the college to a couple of my UG seniors and also TIME faculty. I got a very positive feedback about the college, faculties and opportunities we get to portray our capabilities.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since the batch size is 120, BIM has a good faculty to to student ratio when compared to other tier 2 b-schools. Almost all the faculties at BIM hold a PhD and visiting faculties have rich industry experience. Exams are mostly application based and gives us an opportunity to practically think about the theoretical aspects learnt in the classrooms.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Asian Paints, Britannia, EY, Infosys etc. comes to BIM for internship. The average stipend is around 10K per month.
Placement Experience
BIM has a history of 100% placements. Their usual recruiters include Asian Paints, EY, HDFC bank, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro etc. Average package comes around 9.5 lpa and the highest package comes around 15 lpa .
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees changes from batch to batch. When compared to other tier 2 b-schools, fees is comparatively less at BIM. Students at BIM are eligible for SBI scholar loan which gives financial assistance to students at a lesser interest rate.
Campus Life
BIM, unlike other b-schools, is completely student driven. All the clubs and committees including mess and placements are run by students. BIM has an annual b-school event, CRESCITA and a biannual research conclave ATHENAEUM. Apart from this, each trimester will have at least one intra college event.

Admission
I had a Group discussion and an interview for the admission. For group discussion, the topics will be either abstract or based on current affairs. This will be followed by a round of interview in which, questions would be mostly profile based.
