Placement Experience
The Training and Placement Cell has facilitated the recruitment of a large number of engineers through several joint campus ventures with companies such as Accenture, Capgemini, Persistent, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. More than 200 students have benefited from 60 hours of compulsory workplace training that was provided by the Cell.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship / loan facility offered by PIIT. They have tie up with Syndicate bank, chembur branch. Student seeking for loan or scholarship has to apply for the same and required document to be submitted along with application form. They will asses your requirement and by evaluating the fee structure they will provide you the loan for whole programme.
Campus Life
Campus life of PIIT is excellent as it cover many programmes and infrastructure of the college is huge. Pillai College of Engineering and Pillai College of Arts Commerce & Science organised a Career Counselling Session, for S.Y. Junior College students of Mahatma School, Khanda Colony, on 21st July, 2016. The students were given insight into the varied opportunities they have after H.S.C.

Once in a year they organise alumni of senior students, which help in many ways like study, deciding career in future and understanding the real life situation.
Exam Structure
Exam structure of PIIt is according to the Mumbai university's pattern. They have to follow the same pattern as MU is following. Semester pattern is there, means every year we have to follow to semester examination along with viva examination before the written examination. It is quite difficult to manage but viva is very useful as per written exam because 80 % of study can be done while preparing for the viva.

PIIT teaching staff is rich blend of research, industry and academic work experience. The faculty members apart from teaching are also involved in consultancy, research and development work.
