Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I opted for this college because I continued my studies in Jammu. I opted b.sc because I am good in physics and mathematics and statistics also. staff teacher all are good. Most of the teachers are PhD graduates and some are non PhD graduates but all teachers have good knowledge and provided the best. The rato of student and facility are 60:1

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid approximately 5000 to 6000 annually. fees were compensable and feasible which even poor students can bear. fee structure helps us to study well. The fee structure was feasible so that every student will be eligible for admission so that they can achieve something and will succeed in his/ her life. Due to the low fee structure, everyone became eligible for getting admission.

Campus Life

4

Campus Life was good when it comes to education, debates, and symposium. There were countable girls in our college. hostel infrastructure was good and fabulous. there are well room and good meals which they provided to students in the hostel. The library was the best part of my college, silent and books were available according to our curriculum. our college is always on top in sports and NCC.wifi is also available on the campus. the college is having a very good ground where students can practice for different sports.

First impression of any college is their physical appearance, it was literally very worst. In this biotechnology course there should be more practical work than theory but there we study only theories so university have to focus on practical work

There was one reason i got influenced by one of my senior who told me to join this collage. They didn't inspired us to make further education because of affordability of city. Frequency of the exams were constant. And level was moderate as per college student.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

Exam timing should be in the afternoon only because morning gets very late in coming due to which exam gets skipped, rest it is perfect

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.
