I previously applied for different clg like Atharva college of engineering, and many more but later iI applied for the k.j.somaiay institute of information technology(KJSIEIT) and got addmission in the same. I did not avail any quota. I got admission via MHT-CET marks.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted Information Technology branch and the teacher are really good and having immense knowledge about the subjects. We have 2 sems in a year and each sem consists of two internal assessments one is the term test and the second is the final exam of each sem.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides us with an in-house internship as well as off-campus internships. The project related to the internship is those which help are helpful to students in the future. Not all companies give stipends because you are given an internship via the college.
Placement Experience
Placement is very good for IT/Comp students. The highest package is around 14lac/annum and the average package is around 5lac/annum. and there are various companies which visit our clg during the time of placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college are around 150000. I have not applied for financial aids so I don't know much about them. since the college is a Gujarati college, there are seats reserved for the Gujarati minority. If you have got admission through Cap you can go with EBC concession for 50% of your tuition fees is reduced.
Campus Life
There are two fests conducted every year one is the Cultural fest and the second is the technical fest. Lab's are well equipped with technologies and software and with A/C. There is a library which has many copies of the same book so that many students can use it at the same time.
