Remarks
I applied for different colleges in Mumbai and Pune and got into most of them. I availed Gujarati minority quota which is available in the college. The minimum marks required were 100 in the exam called MHT-CET. The admission process was pretty smooth. You just have to submit your documents and pay the fees via demand draft.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since the college is autonomous now, the department has designed the course curriculum in line with the industry requirements and advanced technologies like AI, data science, machine learning, deep learning, etc. The faculty members are quite experienced in their respective domains with Ph.D.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides in-house internships. The TPO posts various internships opportunities for the freshers. You can search for internships on your own but you need to satisfy the criteria of minimum 20 weeks of internship.
Placement Experience
The placements are decent and the average package that you can expect is 5 lpa. Companies like Cognizant, Cap Gemini, Oracle, TCS, Accenture visit the campus. The institute also provides support to the students who plan to do their masters.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are around 1,60,000 per year and mostly remains the same through 4 years of your engineering. Although you can avail various government scholarships like EBC and minority scholarships. The institute itself does not provide any kind of scholarship. But it provides flexibility in payment of fees.
Campus Life
Tech fest in the campus is called Renaissance, annual fest is called Surge and the sports fest is called Score. All these fests are conducted on a very large scale. The college library houses all the necessary books that the students need in their curriculum. There are a bunch of student organizations and committees like the Students' Council, CSI, IEEE, IETE, IET etc.
