The admission process was like any other college like you need to fill the college admission form, attach the mandatory documents for verification and be in the line for your chance to come and pay the fees, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this college because I live in the nearby locality and it's very convenient for me to reach to the college on time. The faculties here are pretty good and helpful but sometimes unavailable due to the weekly college meetings they have. The teaching methods are up to the mark. Some teachers have very good teaching skills and have in-depth knowledge about the subject. The exams conducted in the college are on proper date and time as mentioned and we're not that hard to pass if you concentrate on lectures properly you will be able to pass it easily.
Internships Opportunities
Though there wasn't any clear news about the internships the college provides, many students did grab the internships made available to them. Various projects like library management systems, virtual paint applications were implemented by the students here to clarify the tasks.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester irrespective of branch students are eligible for the campus placements though there are some companies with the criteria of minimum 60% throughout the academics is needed for applying. No criteria companies are available as well. Various companies like LTI, TCS, CAPGEMINI, HEXAWARE etc and much more 100+companies come to hire the students. The highest average package offered to the students is 10LPA for a software trainee engineer profile. Around 70% of students are placed every year from the college. My plan is to attend the campus placements and grab a job opportunity.
Fees and Financial Aid
As inflation is the major problem in our country, it does affect college fees. Every year due to inflation three is hike in the college fees. Though the fees is high, the college has proper structure and policy regarding the scholarship provided by the government for students who can't afford to pay the fees
Campus Life
There are several fests out of which Avalon is the major annual fest conducted in the college for the students to participate, learn various skills, and compete with each other in the event. The college library is one of the biggest you will find among the colleges in Mumbai and covers almost each and every book you want to borrow for your studies. For sports and extracurricular activities there is a different ground for it and the campus of the college is neat and clean as well. They gave importance to cleanliness and hygiene.
