Remarks
I got admission in this college through vacancy round. In total, 4 courses are offered- Computer science, Information Technology, EXTC and Electronics. I got admission in IT course on basis of my MH-CET score. The admission process is smooth and hassle-free. Once the admission process is done there is also an orientation program where the Principal, Vice-principal and various other HODs and faculties address the students and parents.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is also good. When I have admitted our institute was under Mumbai University. Now in 2021, it got the stature of an autonomous college. The faculty is also well qualified and has good teaching experience. Term exams are conducted every winter (December) and summer (May) with 2 unit tests every semester.
Internships Opportunities
The IT department always provides students with internship opportunities every winter and summer (semester break). Students are given hands-on experience on various industry level projects. Students can also opt for internships outside the institute.
Placement Experience
Various high profile companies with good CTC arrive every year. Wissen (11CTC), Visible Alpha (8 CTC), Accenture, TCS, etc. As of last year, 95% students got placed in various companies with good packages.
Fees and Financial Aid
Annual fees of any course is around INR 1,34,000. Out of which 90% is tuition fees and remaining 10% other facilities. They provide various scholarships for minorities and other candidates. Campus placements start from the 6th semester with high profile companies arriving every year.
Campus Life
Life in campus is also fun with tech fests and annual fests. This college encourages students to participate in various competitions and functions and students shine with bright colours. Library facility is also up to the mark with a reading hall. Wide variety of books are available for students which they can also book online through the college website. Students also have access to e-library and different research papers.
