Remarks

The admission criteria for bscit are as follows-First you should pass out the 12th standard from the science/commerce stream. If you are a commerce student then make sure that in 12th standard you have chosen mathematics NOT SP and try to score more than 60. Minimum 45% marks is required for getting admission to Mumbai university. Try to score more marks in mathematics above 60. This college is one of the reputed colleges in Mumbai offering bscit so I went for this one.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty members are greatly qualified to teach their particular subjects. I like technology, computers, mathematics, therefore I choose this course. The exams were moderate (not too difficult not too easy). You can pass the exams if you at least attend the lectures regularly.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My batch fees were 30000 p.a. There wasn't any kind of scholarship or quota I assume. There are some job opportunities for 3rd-year students. I don't know about the stipend thing. I am currently focusing on my studies.

Campus Life

There are various college fests that are handled by the cultural committee of the college. PRAGYOTSAV is one of the great fests which use to celebrate before pandemics. The college supports students for sports as well they help them to achieve their goals.

Visited companies are tcs and infosyis as of my knowlede and 28+ but i could remember only this much. My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 5th Sem students are eligible for placements and there are 2 companies visited to our college till now, named moglix and persistent systems, average package is nearly 250000 and highest package offered till now is 305000. Out of 100% students only a few students are selected for placements and are placed according to there skills and talent. The percentage would be like 15%. I plan to opt for off campus placements after my degree.

I applied to DG Ruparel but did not get in due to the cut-off being higher there as they only offer 30 seats. I applied to Patkar because the exam structure makes it a holistic application-based course. However, in other colleges 100 marks written exams are compulsory.
