MY COLLEGE LIFE - [NIFFT], Ranchi

I was applied for many nits and government funding institutes. Firstly I got manufacturing branch in nifft Ranchi but last 5 year placement of manufacturing was not so good so I left that choice in next round I got MME branch and this branch placement is very good about 90 percentage students take placement every year I availed in obc quota. Addmission takes place in two-step first you have to submit your document and verify it then after the last round of counseling you have to admit and approve yourself in the allotted college then we got a hostel and after 1 months classes started. Addmission criteria for college is following: 1-you have to crack jee the main examination and get a maximum of 70000 ranks in all India region. 2-maximum age is 25year minimum 17year.

Because the placement of this course in this College is good so I have chosen this course. Around 400 students and 80 to 90 faculty are present so the ratio is about 0.2. Qualifications of faculties are minimum masters and Ph.D. Teaching methods of some of the faculties are very impressive just like guardian they give time to every single student in online method during pandemic they use a whiteboard in an online class and just try to fee us as like real class they are very talented and those skills are very impressive. Generally when classes were offline examination was timely all term exam was timely fair and clean but due to lockdown and online method, our final mark given on the basis of mid-semester and final term exam has been canceled. And the term is slightly late.

Tata steel, tata motors Vedanta are the main companies that offer internships with stipends. I can't mention their project because I am a 2 nd year student sow I want to take an internship at tata motors or Vedanta.

3 and 4-year students can apply for a place on campus and after the final exam, they join their job. Name are Vedanta tata steel, PSU amazon, fitjee, tata motors, hec, and many other companies. About 83 percentage take a placement. I want to take a job and self-study for gate because my family background is poor so I can't leave placement after placement I am want to prepare for the gate.

Fee hike policy is we have to submit each semester fee in one term, cost of the study is following. 1 hostel fee 4800 per annum mess fee 3200 per months academic fee 51200 per annum and total academic fee in 4 years is 4 lakh Scholarships are following per semester top 10 students got 100 percent free academic of that semester. 7 Sc/st student got scholarship thought my college. Other scholarships like NSP scholarship,e Kalyan, etc. Accepted by our college.

The most popular fest in our college is named jinks. It was conducted in the month of February many celebrities comes in our college. this was conducted in 3 days. Tech fest is conducted like Hindi pakhwara sawcchta pakhwara etc. There is the biggest library of ranchi in my college book are available any time we can read there or take it to the hostel for 14 days.

Menu and metal quality are very good about 90 percentage students take the placement. Register process for hostal is very simple just go to the hostel warden and give him your allotment letter provided by academic and you got hostel.
