Course Curriculum Overview
I got RNSIT from my rank and i took information Science branch but the ISE branch is very very bad in this college i from my personal experience suggest you to not take this branch in this college. No any staff members of this department is good and the Hod of the department is very very bad. She will never support you in any way. She just wants only attendance.
Internships Opportunities
No the college doesn't provide any kind of internship and the placement is also not good in the college.
Placement Experience
You can get only 2-3.5 lpa package from this college if you satisfy the criteria for the company but you can't get high package company from this college. Companies like Infosys, Accenture use to visit the college campus which are the companies in which you can get the job easily.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is provided to the karnataka students by the government but for the students who are from outside karnataka have to live on their own money of father.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no any kind of alumni meet like events organised by the college. A hostel fest is organised in which 1-2 current passout senior only comes. But they even don't want to come back in the college.
Exam Structure
Exams in every college in bangalore like one night study exam and the labs are very bad in my college. Teachers don't know anything about the labs, they won't allow easily to touch or experiment you anything. Once i did something that even teacher didn't understood what happened in the machine and she started scolding me and told you will be charged 2.5 lacs for this machine as fine.
Admission
I got the admission through COMEDK exam which is held only for admission in karnataka colleges. The admission is directly done through online counselling for all colleges combined which are affiliated through VTU. At the time of admission they will charge you a fee which will be included in the college fee in which you will take the admission.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is not up to the mark. No faculty are outside from the karnataka and all has done ph.d or m.tech from normal Highway college of karnataka. A little bit of faculties have good idea of the subject otherwise all the faculties don't know anything. They used to bring notes with them and will teach you whatever in the notes.
