Marvellous Experience

College is really good and the faculties are awesome just the management is a bit slow since it has to follow rules and regulations and need to follow some really big procedures to complete some task. Overall the college is good.

I gave JEE exam and got 80 marks in that. I opted Silver Oak since it was near to my home and also it has got great lab facilities. Also I had recieved good reviews about the college so I joined the college.

All the course structure is being decided by the GTU so it's but obvious the best one and focused on the research. Since GTU focuses on the overall development of students. It's really nice for all the colleges affiliated under it. Course curriculum being decided by GTU is divided by faculties and it is done in such a way that students doesn't feel that the content being taught is too tough. And students pass exams with.

I really don't exactly know about the internship by college since right now I'm being focused on my studies.

Placements and job opportunities are good as lots companies hop in for hiring BE students just the thing is since our college is not so big and renowned up till now so we don't expect Facebook and Google and other such companies in our campus. We receive lots and lots updates of companies coming in college for placements.

We have annual Talaash- Technical Fest of our college. Junoon- Cultural Fest which is annually organised in our college. Sports Mania- Sports Week for students who love sports a lots and it is organised annually Ras Rasiya- Navratri Festival to have fun of Garba since we are gujarati's so we love garba. Samvaad- Multidisciplinary Symposium.

Fee structure is a bit expensive for any middle class and lower middle cast person but on behalf this fees college provides a lots of facilities too. Fees structure increases for every new upcoming batch since everything is getting costlier so as our college fees too.

Anything like such is not in my knowledge. And also I don't think so my college provides such facility.

Gender ratio and diversity is well maintained. Almost around and around my college has same number of boys and girls in the college. It might possible that the ratio is 60:40 but not less than 70:30. Silver oak provides and organises lots and lots extracurricular activities and events for students development. Even the management and handling is also done by students only.

College does not provide any hostel and mess facility for students living far from Ahmedabad. As college is near city so main crowd is of city itself and also college doesn't have that much space for accommodation. Since our college has small campus so it can't provide accommodation to students who are coming from far areas.

I don't know any alumni network but the interaction with seniors is great. They are really helpful to juniors and also our college arranges lots of events where juniors and seniors come and interact with each other.

Since the college is being affiliated by GTU so the exam structure is well maintained. Students receive a lots of free time during their regular days for fun and also during their exam days for preparations. The exam structure is so much great that students never feel hectic at all.

The faculties are really awesome as they have the great capability to bring in students attention in topics being taught to them and even the faculties are highly qualified like some of them are from IIT's, NIT's and all and some of them are PhD in their subjects and also rest of others have a great knowledge in their subject and branch.
