Remarks

Because of the pandemic, I was supposed to apply online through Mumbai university and the college website. There was tough competition for getting admission into sies college in the IT department. Admission was given on the basis of maths (70+) score in the hsc.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for the IT course covered most of the topics required to be learned. Also, the faculty is very supportive and student-friendly here. They provide guidance to each and every student and help them in growing for the future. They teach us in a very innovative manner with advanced technology.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for this course rise every year. But the college provides financial support to needy students. Also, there are numerous scholarship options are available. Teachers inform us about the various scholarship available for a merit student or a financially challenged student throughout the year. Also, there is no placement cell available here.

Campus Life

Campus life here is very enthusiastic with positive mindset people. Various fests are conducted here throughout the year like VISIONS, ITERATION, OPERON, etc. Also, they have various clubs/associations like NCC, NSS, Value lab, CDF, Rotract club, etc.

The placments for Bachlor's were not that great. They are more in the favour of Commerce applicants. The maximum package during my time was 400000 which is really less than the market. Also, the placments and the roles are really average.

My honest opinion on my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thought that zoology is most interesting to learn and its have future job opportunity. So basically zoo student are like little dr or zoologist. It provides little bit of that syllabus while learning you feel like you are dr or expert in zoology which example we experience in our day to day life. They need to add more teachers and placement opportunity. After every one and half month there is exam.

Well as per our seniors and professors recruiters often visit our college to give placements. There are some big companies too who send their recruiters here. My professor had told me they once got a package for a student for 7,00,000 inr which i think is too much exaggerated but still you could get a placement of 1,00,000-2,00,000 here as a fresher.
