Remarks

The admission process was great. And I got a seat allotted to CET. My rank was 81k in CET and it was cut off available in this college. They gave me a nice brief campus tour. I had no quota to get admitted here.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it gives us great information about the technology and present world and helps me contribute to this society. Faculties are very good here with high qualifications. The student ratio is around 1:1. Teachers are highly experienced and PhD holders. Term exams are moderately difficult as it comes under a great university called VTU.

Class Size: 33Course Fees: INR 210000 per year

Internships Opportunities

HCL company has given internship of tenure 3 months stipend of 10k. Projects will be given on basis of the interests of the students here and their course. They will be guided by great mentors and they will be designed to portals for their clarifications.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible from the 4th year. TCS and cognizant are the companies. The highest package is 18 lakhs and the minimum is 5 lakhs. My plan is to study abroad and get a public sector job or govt sector job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure through CET is around 110000 including lab library and sports. Scholarships were available for students whose marks would be consistent. Jobs were recruited from cognizant and TCS. We got an internship here in sales and marketing part time for a stipend of 3k.

Campus Life

Annual fest conducted here includes colosseum and melange they are conducted in April and October respectively. Tech fest includes mech Mela, physica and incube. Books of all technical authors are available here in the library. The projector is available in each classroom with proper ventilation. Sports and dance clubs are available here and encouraged.

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

AMC ENGINEERING COLLEGE, BENGALURU.

I choose AMC because of its good campus size area which is 52 acres which is big campus in bengaluru, good behaviour of teachers means friendly behaviour, also its infrastructure. I chosen amc over other colleges is because I got that much rank which i was getting this college and many more colleges. But also i chosen amc because other colleges don't have big campus area. Eligibility criteria is 60% in 12th. Admission mode is available by all the methods like- you can appear in comedk, or appear in kcet(for Karnataka people) or also you can take admission through management quota which will charge you some higher money.
