Its an amazing collage with best faculty and image across private colleges in pune, not to mention the Sinhgad institute name itself is qualified enough to provide the outer look of college,And if we talk about the campus, then i can proudly say, it the best place in pune, and bigger campus in Maharashtra

Mechanical engineering is tough course and quite competitive, but it has greater scope, but requires enough skills to proceed, mechanical engineering from University of pune is quite good, job opportunity are there

What i can say about Sinhgad campus is that, the hostel facility and mess are amazing, even if you get separate flat, there are more than 80+ hotel inside campus, so no need to worry about food in campus,

Group discussion was about electric vehicle, but it was hydrogen powered vehicle, in which using hydrogen and electric cell to produce electricity with that, that indicates the new world of electrical car

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

Actually I applied to various colleges but due to slightly less percentage than the cut-off Didn't get admission anywhere else for my desired branch. Choosing this college was not actually on my list but parents said it is good and well reputed too. Through my MHTCET exam i got enrolled in this college as it was the only one in my marks range regarding computer branch. I would i have got better colleges but the branch will be Electronics or mechanical or civil maybe. Our college has better campus area than other ones.The ambience is so so good. But from teaching and placement and internship perspective it is not so good than other colleges.
