Remarks

Graduate/Professional School OptionsIf you have high aspirations of going on to a graduate or professional school, such as law school or medical school, investigate what percentage of four-year college graduates pursue another degree. This metric gives you some insights about whether the school adequately prepares students for continuing their education, and insights into the probability of follow-through for your academic goals. Jobs Right Out of SchoolIf you worry about finding a job when you finish school, consider the percentage of students who receive a job right after graduation. Some schools have excellent job placement programs, assisting their students in making the transition from student to employee, and helping them find jobs after graduation

Within internships, classroom concepts suddenly become real tools of the trade as you interact and learn in a professional setting. Internship experiences are formal, formative, and foundational to your career.Developing your knowledge of workplace collaboration, business etiquette, and strong communication tactics are among the vital soft skills that can only be learned on the job. In this way, internships in your area of study will build your resume and teach you instrumental, career-developing qualities.

After you've been accepted by a college, you may need to take placement tests. Colleges use placement tests in subjects like math and English to check the academic skill levels of entering students. Then the college can place each student in classes at the right level

Campus Life

4.5

When you go away to college for the first time, you want to make sure you're prepared. You may be living on your own for the first time, so there could be some items you wouldn't normally consider taking because someone at home, such as a parent or guardian, usually takes care of them for you. Consult your college acceptance literature for any specific items your college asks you to bring. If you're able, touch base with your roommate prior to school to make sure you're not bringing duplicates of large items such as TVs, couches or refrigerators. Having double will just take up space and make for a less comfortable environment.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The living spaceThe rooms, to be more specific. Every room must come with the basic set of furniture a student need. A bed, a private wardrobe, study table, and a chair these are must-haves. Plus, in case the room is sharing, there should be sufficient space between the furniture of adjacent students so that everyone gets their necessary personal space. The top hostels will facilitate for all and these are the first things that you should look into. The warden and her availabilityThe warden is the hostels supervisor. She is incharge of all the happenings of the hostel premises and you must take all your issues to her. Naturally, she must be available at all times, should be receptive of your communication and take active steps in implementing your suggestions. Check on the college's site or ask the authorities directly about the functions of the hostel warden. Then, decide accordingly.
