Remarks

BHU provides a good environment for studying peacefully. Banaras Hindu University is ranked 10 for overall by NIRF. So you can guess its a pretty good college. Entrance to the MSc course is done through a post graduate entrance exam conducted by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

MSc course curriculum of our college focuses equally on theory and practicals. I studied MSc Biochemistry. The course is of 2 years and contains four semesters. We have 11 theory papers, 4 practical papers and several other seminars and projects.

Placement Experience

Placement coordination cell is responsible for the recruitment programs conducted in the BHU campus. The placement percentage of the college is around 90% every year. The placements of our department is less compared to others.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college has the free meal facility which provides lunch and dinner for 54 students for minimum seven months. There are several cash prizes for rank holders and also financial assistance to students from poor family backgrounds.

The architecture of the campus is beautiful. Are used to take frequent box on the campus to burst my stress. All the labs in the college on well equipped and clean. BHU has cultural club, sports club, kalpavriksha, Sevarth, etc as student clubs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes tha curriculum are well structured and good for every exams because I have to go to civil field that's why I chose due to there interdisciplinary studies and connection to every exams and filed The curriculum is good and prepare for rural society and also provide further research opportunities for future in the rural technology and society The curriculum needs to be for technical and entrepreneurship based There is 3 hour exam for semester and the level of questions paper in exam is moderate to hard .

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is a postgraduate course so I took admitted to this course because I want to become a lecturer (Professor). So after doing this I want to pursue a doctorate degree. Teacher student ratio in this course is 1:60 In this college, there are both permanent faculty and guest faculty. Permanent faculty has better teaching skills than the guest faculty because the majority of them are students who pursue doctorate degrees under the guidance of this college's Professors. They generally lack experience. The teaching method is excellent for permanent faculty. Exams are held timely. One is held in the month of December and the other in May. There are four semesters in this course. The paper level is difficult. One needs a descriptive knowledge of the subject to score good marks in examinations. Previous year papers can provide a lot of help.

As i was unable to crack cutoff so this was my third option. comparing it with my first preferences those university give exposure do seminar strict curriculum here it is little bit chill environment.
