Saintgits Life in brief

The main reason why i chose this college was its excellent faculty team and there dedicated lectures. Saintgits College of Engineering provides the best faculties and cover the portion in the right time. It help us to score high marks in university exams.Another important aspect is its best campus life. The fests takes us to another world as well as it doesnot affect our studies.The admission process was started in June during my admission and they interview the students in the management quota. There was foundation course which help us to bridge between 12th class and engineering.It was started in June.

Engineering was my area since I love to study more maths and physics. I chose civil engineering because it is a branch that always needed until human life.Saintgits College of Engineering has a high faculty: student ratio and they helps us to study individually also. Faculties are highly qualified. Some of them acquired PhD and all of them have a long years of teaching experience.There are faculties with industrial experience also which helps us to understand the industrial level more.The term exams are conducted on time and results are published as soon as possible. It is in the same model as university exams and in the same level.So it helps in university exams.It is hard to pass as the university exams.

Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. More than 10 companies visited for placements and about 100 students are placed during this crisis situation also. There is a placement cell in the college which is very active and helps to conquer the placement world neatly.

Management quota fees are a bit higher.But a lot of scholarships are provided by the management. There is a Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme in which the whole tuition fee is deducted for students who had 95% or above in 12th level. Likewise different schemes are there for students upto 75% or above.

The annual arts fest named "Nakshathra" is an inter college fest which is very famous. It is an experience.Tech fests are also there in college wise as well as national tech fest "Shristi" is also conducted which helps to improve our ideas, knowledge and level. The fests are mainly during even semester that is during January - March.A lot of books & journals are available in the library which can be accessed through online also.Class rooms are enabled with properties to make it up as a smart calss room.Sports are very active in the college and helps students to participate in sports outside college also. Clubs like Nature club are very active in college.

Triple, double and single rooms are available. The meal quality is very good. There are different foods everyday and collect inmates opinion for the menu. Hostel is affordable.Rent is about 25000 per semester and mess bill is seperate. Mess bill is about 2500 per month depends on the food given in that month.
