IIM Vishakhapatnam Review

IIM Vishakhapatnam maintains the curriculum of IIM Bangalore. It follows trimester sysem. There are total six terms in the two years course. We have three terms in the first year and three terms in the second year. In each term, we have six subjects. There are elective subjects in the 4th, 5th, and 6th term. If we talk about faculties, IIM Vishakhapatnam has a good number of full time faculties in all the departments. We also have professors visiting from IIM Bangalore

For the final placement, many top companies like ICICI Bank, BOSCH, etc visit IIM Vishakhapatnam to recruit students. Most of the companies were from BFSI domain. The roles that are offered by the companies are mainly based on Sales and Marketing. Last year, the highest salary package offered was around 27 lakh per annum and the average salary package offered was around 13 lakh per annum.

The fee structure of IIM Vishakhapatnam for the two years course will come around 13 to 15 lakhs. In each term, we have to pay around 2.52 lakhs. If we talk about scholarship, most of the scholarship are based on income. There is also scholarship based on outstanding academic performance. Apart from this, there is a grant known as "Outstanding Women Candidate in Academic" for which every year a female student is selected and get the grant.

This year in IIM Vishakhapatnam, every fest and extracurricular activities is celebrated online. Every festival we celebrate is conducted online. Apart from this festival and extracurricular activies many cultural events like singing, dancing, etc are also organised on online mode.

For the personal Interview round, the main thing that matters is knowlege and enthusiasm. The penalist wants to see how much a student is showing interest in the conversation.
