Remarks
I only applied to Bharati Vidyapeeth, as I knew it is one of the best colleges as it has NAAC A+ accreditation. The admission process was quite simple and most of it was online from form filling to admission fee payment, everything was online, you just need to have a physical appearance at the time of entrance exam (BUMAT) and counseling session, that is held after the cutoff list is made public to lock the admission seats. To get admission in BVIMR your rank should be atleast less than 1000.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very well updated with the recent happenings. Along with the books, we are also provided with a coursepack of all subjects, which is made by all the head faculties with mixed content from different books and updated aspects of the subject. The student-faculty ratio was 10:1 which was pretty good There were a good number of faculty, enough to take up the lectures of any faculty if in the case was not available. The faculties majorly taught from the course pack, made us do the written assignments along with which we had CES exams which were reflected in our final results. Even after the pandemic, there was not much of a delay than a month, everything went as per the schedule. The internals was easy to moderate but externals were moderate to difficult to pass.
Placement Experience
After the 5th semester, the students can apply for on-campus placements. Once the induction process begins, you may see many big companies everyday, and many NGOs too. Job profiles that were offered were for sales and marketing, and finance. The highest package for BBA last year was 8-10 LPA, and average package was 4LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Currently, the yearly fee is around Rs. 1,40,000. The college doesn't offer any scholarships bit financial aid is proved to students from EWS. Also, the college provided on-campus jobs with a pretty decent stipend.
Campus Life
The campus life is one of the best. There are a lot of opportunities if you look around. There are different societies and events one can be a part of like theatre, dance, and many academic societies too. There is an annual fest, Rennaisance, which involves every kind of competition that takes place in the month of March, and it is soo beautiful. Each and every society participates on campus as well as in off-campus competitions and has updated over social media handles. The library is kinda huge and one can get find all genres, I personally have explored the library, from storybooks to encyclopedias, everything is available.
