Remarks
To be eligible for admission in Amity you must fulfil the following eligibility criteria- 1. You must be a graduate with 50% aggregate marks. 2. You must have appeared in any of these exams like CAT, MAT, GMAT CMAT etc. 3. If you have not appeared in the above mentioned exams then you have to give amity written test on the day of the interview.
Course Curriculum Overview
After completing my graduation, I was very much sure that I wanted to MBA because it will pave my way to more job opportunities and my career will be set. Amity has a very nice or I would say world class faculty. The way they teach and explain everything is very impressive.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, amity provides summer internship opportunities and it has CRC/IIC which regulates the summer internship programmes and invites the industry for recruitment of student interns. However, I arrange my internship on my own and did 2 months of a summer internship at HDFC bank.
Placement Experience
Talking about the campus placement, you can get a package worth RS. 30 lakh and to be honest it all depends upon your calibre and skills. There are more than 200 companies that visit our campus every year . Companies like HCL, cognizant, Colgate , Dabur, delloite etc they all come here for on- campus recruitment
Fees and Financial Aid
Amity university comes under India's top ranked universities. They provide both sponsored as well as non sponsored admission and the fee structure for both of them is very different. The sponsored admission is a bit costly than the non sponsored one. However, if you're going for the non sponsored one then it will cost you around 3,50,000 INR. In the first year.
Campus Life
My experience at amity was pretty good and I was very much satisfied with the quality of education they provide. You get a lot of exposure and experience different things and learned a lot of things about personal as well as professional life. There are a lot of cafeterias on the campus where you can enjoy yourself with your pals. Especially H- BLOCK. The library is very spacious and has wifi facility also.
Interview Experience
No there was no group discussion. However, they interviewed after taking the written test. The interview was of a moderate level. My tip for cracking the interview would be - stay confident.
