Remarks

College management is always helpful for student. We never found any situation against us.

Entrance Preview

I had secured a rank in WBJEE and had a option to choose from RG Kar Medical College , Calcutta National Medical College and IPGME and R of kolkata and chose CNMC as i heared about the college academics and student friendly environment.

Internships Opportunities

Internship was a time where we had to work like a dog! Fully packed, exhausting hours of duty of a doctor, clerk and group D staff all were done by us but there were enough enthusiasm and fun both from us and seniors.

Placement Experience

We got one year of housestaffship in different departments. Students passed from CNMC is always welcome in the field of work

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite well maintained till 3rd year but the final year syllabus is too vast to complete within 1 year. I feel duration has to be increased a bit. The process of acquiring knowledge entirely depends on the individual pursuing this course as there is no spoonfeeding as in other courses.

The hostel is not good for living,the food and environment is not clean. Best medical College in west bengal

I choose this college because this was the best college I was getting with my NEET rank for sure. The college is located in the heart of Kolkata. All modes of transport are available. The college is of good reputation for teaching the students. The hospital is a large tertiary care hospital that handles more than 1000 patients daily. Foods are best in Kolkata here. Your query on CNMC can solve this

I also applied Nilratan sirkar Medical college, PG hospital and R.G. Kar medical college and hospital. Then I got confirmed admission from R.G.Kar and CNMC. However I decided to study in CNMC. Because my relative studies in this college and also it is better than R.G. Kar . The transport is good here in CNMC as it is situated in central Kolkata. The college ground is comparatively more bigger and good in CNMC. I got rejection from PG as I didn't make it in Cut off marks. In admission process at first one have to crack neet exam and getting good marks (nowadays one should get 650 above marks)is make them to get admission in selective medical colleges through counselling.
