Remarks

IIT Madras is the first IIT of India to offer a management program. It offers the students MBA program to make them entrepreneurs who bring new norms in business world. UG degree with 50% marks followed by CAT score, PI etc are required for the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

The entire program has five quarters. Each of the quarter consists of eight weeks. Students are provided with quantitative tools and techniques to analyse business problem. Electives are chosen from the last three quarters. Faculty members give inputs through the course which helps the students to understand their syllabus easily.

Placement Experience

Students of MBA program saw an impressive placement session with 100% placement statistics. Last year 44 students got on- campus placement from 24 recruiting companies. The highest and average CTC ranged at INR 29.2 LPA and 14.38 LPA respectively. Several companies include - McKinsey, Amazon, CISCO etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Students also get scholarships for their maintenance of at least 8 CGPA score at the previous semester. Some of the scholarships are given by the previous alumni while some are given from the organization and GOI. Girish Ready Scholarship, Indian Womens' association at Bonn Scholarship, Dr. K. Vasanth Rau Scholarship etc are given to the students.

Campus Life

The campus life of IIT Madras is a heaven for bird watchers. Maximum part of the campus is a national park which is a home for many wildlife animals. New academic complex is recently constructed with latest technology classroom facilities.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are decent, especially when one talks about its authenticity and compares it to a lot of colleges in the country. We are associated with some good names like EY, Asian Paints, SBI, Vedanta, etc. The mean and median hover around 8.5 - 9.5 LPA mark. Last Highest: 15 LPA and Lowest: 5.5 - 6lpa. Roles offered may not be the best, but they are decent too.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee.
