One the Best Engineering College in my surrounding

I have chosen this College through The Anna University counseling process. This counseling process was done in several rounds based on our cut-off mark obtained in class 12. This process is done for approximately one month.

I have chosen this course because I am interested in software development. In our department there are three sections, in each section, there are 35 - 40 students, each section has an individual Faculty Advisor. The faculty members are well experienced. Their teaching method is very understandable. They conduct unit tests once each unit is completed and there is an Internal Assessment once two units are completed and if we understand the class, we can able to easily clear the exams.

Recently Cisco offers internship opportunities for the 2nd and 3rd-year students through several steps of the process which includes projects. The internship is for cybersecurity. The students who clear all the steps get an internship offer from the company and it may turn into a job in that same company itself.

Students are eligible for campus placement from their 5th semester, even from the fourth semester itself. HCL, TCS, Wipro, Kaar Technologies, etc., are some of the companies that offer campus placement. The highest package is 11 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3 lakhs per annum.

They collect tuition fees based on The Anna University fees structures. Campus interview starts from the middle of the third year itself, and I think it is easy to get placed in a company because they start the placement training from the first year itself.

The life at the campus is very nice. College cultural are conducted in ending of each academic year in the month of February. There are lots of books and journals available in the college library and each week we have library hours. In every academic year, sports day is conducted.
