VIT Bhopal Review (2021-2025)

I applied for KIIT, SOA-ITER both in Bhubhaneshwar but did not attend because of the following issues: 1) High Fees 2) Placement not up to expectation 3) High investment and low return 4) Too much large crowd 5) bad public perception compared to VIT 6) lack of discipline, rules as it is in VIT. Did not availed any such quota for admission. Admission criteria for VIT are to qualify VITEEE entrance exam and based on rank I was allotted branch with specific campus and specific category of fees (there are categories made where fees vary), minimum marks in 12th is 55% in PCM.

I was allotted this course as per my rank in VITEEE. Faculty: student ratio is good I don't know exactly because classes have not started yet. All faculty are qualified with Ph.D. in their field and teachers are really good that is what I heard. exam are held almost every month and sem exam twice a year, it depends on the student how difficult it will be to pass.

Internships are available in VIT Bhopal, many students are doing internships in good companies who mostly offer an average stipend of internships around 5000-15000 rupees.

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th Semester, VIT Bhopal was opened in 2017 and the first batch is still to be placed, but many big MNC have visited the campus of VIT Bhopal for recruitments like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc are the main recruiters, Placement is done via VIT Vellore for all campus of VIT University, the average package must be between 5-6 Lakhs per annum & good ratio of students are expected to be placed by 2021 ie first batch.

Cost of study is little expensive than average college it stands at 16 lakhs for all 4 years including hostel, mess, tuItion fee everything but this is for category-I students and it depends on rank one gets in VITEEE and branch he/she wants with that rank.

I have yet to visit college as we are in a pandemic, college is closed and I have no info about all these topics, ADVITYA is the name of the annual fest of VIT Bhopal, all required amenities are available in classrooms, sports, extracurricular activites too has good facilities in campus and many social groups, clubs are available for students to join.
