Remarks

Apply for BCA/BBA program from the official site i.e bitmesra.ac.in, and fill all the necessary details like the 12th marksheet,10th marksheet, etc. Note: for the BCA program, the candidate must have taken maths or English or computer sci. In 12th or in intermediate.

Course Curriculum Overview

The semester period is approx 6 months and throughout the semester all the topics are taught well by the faculty member. The best part is that even in this covid/pandemic all the Semester exams are shifted online and as per schedule, and same as that were held offline

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 133000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement is provided in the last semester i.e in the 6th semester, The top companies like SAP,wipro,Tcs etc . Offers the job to the candidates and the highest package of 2k17 is 7 lac's . Approximately 70% of the students gets placement. My plan is pretty different because i want higher degree of education so after BCA i would like to study for MCA

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes for meritorious students there is an scholarship called bit mesra assistanship but we have to apply for the same through official website and all the documents we have to submit in the account office. Currently, I have not got any job because i am still studying here

Campus Life

Bitotsav is conducted every year in the month of February but due to covid, these activities are prohibited. Library structure is up to mark, all the books are available in the library related to academics and also for other programs i.e for BCA students all the books related to programming like java,c,python,c++ are available to enhance the skills etc. Every year inter society cricket competition are held by the society's Some of the names of best society's are: Debsoc,rad,interact,its,bitexcel bizwit

Good for if you are looking for study and little funs

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are two timing shifts of exam morning and afternoon shift , mba students may have 2 exams in one day . The curriculum does not prepares you for real world application's. Need some internships and industrial exposure through college

I don't think that we can get placement from this college. And if students are practicing by their own they can get off campus palcement after 2nd year . 40% of students only get placement or less than that . After getting BCA degree I would like to go for MCA

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.

ABOUT BBA BCA COURSE STRUCTURE

In jharkhand, BIT MESRA is the only college that have a goodwill and reputation that's why I have choose this college over other colleges and I have not given any kind of other exam for any other college . I only filled a form of BIT MESRA and got admission I was not interested in any other colleges. If you have to take admission in BBA you need to score 80+ marks to get in 1st merit list and if you scored 85+ you will get direct admission.
