Course Curriculum Overview

• I chose this course because I want to pursue a career in the IT field. • Faculty: Student ratio is very bad.

Course Fees: INR 1350 per year

Internships Opportunities

I didn't know about internships. If you want to do an internship then you have to take a NOC letter from college HOD then you to do an internship from outside the college

Placement Experience

From fifth semester students become eligible for campus placements. the name of the companies who visited for campus placements is Concentrix, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Flipkart, Mahindra, Amazon, Gandhi fellowship Piramal Foundation, HCL etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure are far better than any other Ranchi's colleges. Pre-matric, Post-matric scholarship given by the Jharkhand government every year. And campus selection is very good. Every year many students selecting in their respective fields.

Campus Life

• Annual fest is conducted every year called 'Xpression'. Tech fest never is conducted. Books are available all time in the library.

No, yet I didn't face any GD or PI because it's only for the Master's degree that's why I have no idea about it.

Sarala Birla University is a nice choice for UG courses

Placement Experience:

When I went to college's orientation program, they showed a data in which more than 90% students placed last year. I don't know the exact but there were only few students last year but from our batch, the number of students increased hugely. So, I guess there will be an decline in placement ratio. According to college and some seniors, some big companies visited in college and they hire meritious students. Average package is around 6L which is decent.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.

I choose this university because it has best faculty for my subject and it is very close to my House also and they have very familiar environment and teachers are very friendly and they have a very good environment for learning new things and its good experience That way, you can show that you made a deliberate and informed choice (and didn't just flip a coin).
