I had some health issues due to which i wasn't able to fill the form on time and the admission process for most of the colleges got over. But then I got Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi who accepted my admission request on September last since the admission was still going on. I didnt had any interviews instead i was directly admitted to the BCA cource which i opted for with 50% Scholarship as of the marks I scored in my 12 th board. So yes you can get a scholarship throughout your academic year depending upon your 12 th marks and also you need to be consistent with your high-scoring cgpa. If you score under (85-90)% on boards then you get a 25 % scholarship. And if you fall under (90-95)% then you get 50% and above that, you get a 100% scholarship. Do not worry admission is quite easy here.

I was interested in technologies and software so I chose BCA. Some of the facilities are amazing and some teaching styles are average and at last, you have to learn stuff on your own, no one will spoonfeed you. The great thing is that technical faculties were highly qualified and experienced. Exams were on time but even semesters do have some delays. And it depends on the facilities and your preparation. Some find the examination paper easy and some find it difficult. But I guess the night before exam prep made us pass.

At our time they didn't give us any internship opportunity. We tried to find on our own amd even from a third party. So yes it needs to be improved and also..now they are giving the internship opportunity.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.

Yes, the fees hike is a little higher and yes we do get the scholarship.its Amity scholarship programme. Amiphoria is the annual fest for which every amitian waits and are excited. That is a three days fest which includes everything from fashion show to volleyball match and then you have some department fest like we had a tech fest. You can access libraries for resources and the classroom is AC - occupied with the smartboard. Comfortable chairs and tables. Varieties of social amd cultural groups. Sports area needs to be more developed

Hostel facility os also good but needs to improved Meal quality is good and the menu was proper. But the hostel is not properly managed by the college. Hostel life is the best life. You can also rent a pg or apartment in niwaranpur , Ranchi. The registration process is easy but needs to be faster as it gets book much faster than a irctc ticket.
