Remarks

So to be specific, talking about the admission process in Jabalpur Engineering College, you just have to apply for MPDTE counselling which is done on the basis of your JEE Mains Score. Outside Mp students can also apply but seats are very limited for them(~5%). You just have to visit the campus with all required documents and then there you just have to verify all those which is done by the facilities present over there.

So I have opted for Information Technology Department. I guess I don't have to much explain about this branch. It's well known all teachers are not that good. So it's pointless to talk about their teaching styles but many faculties are highly qualified and we are also having a very strong Alumni network. Talking about exams, it's all messed up due to this pandemic situation.

Class Size: 105Course Fees: INR 24519 per year

Internships Opportunities

Generally, students have to find internships on their own. About 30% of the students got their internships through Internshala and other online courses. So you just have to make a strong peer group and just have to build a strong network using LinkedIn and other platforms and strengthen your skills to get an edge in internships. You are the only one who can prepare yourselves Industry ready.

Placement Experience

Placement is not that good, But yes now all of us are working on that. 2020 pass out batch had a decent placement rate of about 60-70%. Placements are mostly offered by IT companies, and the top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, BYJU's etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

See for general category students, college Fee is around 25k per year, but for category students fee is quite less around 3k-4k per year(something like that, I'm not that sure). I guess there is somewhat called medhavi scholarship is also available.

Campus Life

I don't have that much knowledge about the fest, but yes as per the info from seniors, Fests are conducted. Talking about the library, it's just awesomeness, we are having a very big library containing a lot of books. Also, there are many clubs and social groups in our college.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.
