IPU CET , I had a rank of around 9000 And this college was best in the colleges offered to me in my course. Only we had to fill up a form and pay the entrance exam fee.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is basic B.tech course structure like. It's the old one so some topics are even out of generation. The student has to put in effort himself only to back any kind of research with little or no help from college itself but teachers are helpful always.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, my college provides internship. I am in first year of my college and internship is in third year. So I don't have knowledge about the internship and its details.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are very low here. As per my seniors and alumni, the placement drives are only by one or two companies and that too mass recruiters.No good companies visit for in campus placements and job opportunities are only there when the student goes off campus and finds Job opportunities on his own.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is overall medium for a medium class family. The total fee of one year amounts to 1,06,000 roughly. The fee structure is decided by the university about the basic structure and the above infrastructure and other charges are in detail told by the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
To my best knowledge there is no scholarship facility and loan facilities but we can always talk to the management about any kind of help we may need.
Campus Life
Campus life is fun. There are more boys as compared to girls but we all have a great fun enjoying each other's presence. There are different college societies like music society and other societies for different co curricular activities and we also perform in different competitions and fests.
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel facility for our college. There is a decent canteen with all varieties of food and made with hygiene. There are pg's available near the college with decent and feasible rentals with WiFi connection facility and decent food. Not much distant to the college all these PG have a overall good environment.
Exam Structure
Exam structure Is wholly provided by the University i.e. By GGSIPU. The whole exam structure consists of one internal examination, one internal practical examination, one external practical examination and one semester end theory examinations. The syllabus is very much clear and the exam format is decided by the university.
Admission
I submitted the form online with my picture and signature. The notification was released pretty well in advance around in January or so. The counselling part was fully online and preferences were also filled up online. Whole system was easy to operate. Three steps of counselling process and then a sliding round and then the physical counselling round.
Faculty
The faculty is well qualified and have full knowledge about the concerned subject. They are always helpful and provide in depth knowledge about the subject. Any kind of queries and any amount of queries are entertained by the faculty always. The faculty also are strict in terms of studies but also are frank to talk to students with their comfort zone.
