Remarks

I applied for Krishnamal college but i was lacking in marks so I dropped. I didn't get any quota.The minimum percentage they expecten was 60. I was just selected as my marks were for the admission and I joined Bsc. COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DESIGN. This course is maximum equal to the students who read engineering courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I love coding and my aim is to get into IT field.The faculty staffs are very much caring about the students and always ready to teach things. More over they have a friendly relationship with students.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many Internship opportunities available for the students. I have just completed my first year and do not have much information about the internship. The knowledge I gained from the seniors is that the internship played an important role. It helped them in various field knowing their capabilities . It also helped them in rectifying their mistakes and also helped them in knowing how work is done and how to work under pressure. It was great opportunity which they got to experience.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year the students of Bsc.COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DESIGN are eligible for placement and interships.Companies which visited are XOYO, TITAN, etc,. And made many offers which are favourable to the students. The percentage of placement getting students are more dhan 80% . My plan after degree is to get selected in placement campus and enter into IT field.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is petty high for 3 years cousebut it is worth while it counts on subjects. Now I am just in first year UG course still not got any campus or jobs.There are lots of scholarships which is provided by the college and the placement cell.

Campus Life

They have conducted more department competition and fests for 3rd years. It helps us to gain more new things. There are lots of books in library for reference and the quality of books are really good. Our college have best sports teams and we have more clubs like NCC, NSS, etc.,

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good, hygiene and neat. Meals provided by the hostel is awesome and the taste is very homely and healthy. I don't want to rent as the college hostel is pretty good and easy for moving.

Placement Experience:

My course is a five year course, so it had around 9 to 10 semesters as the first year had no semester. It was a non-semester. So first year had only one semester exam followed by all the other semesters other years at two semesters. From fifth year, students are eligible for campus placements During Covid time, our campus, Placement happened so companies visited are Shlok labs, some assignment writing company which is already closed now and some other start-ups which are not very famous and offer made us around 10,000 per month Highest package received is around 3.5,00,000 per year percentage of students getting Placement is very less only 30 to 40 percentage not even that much. I can say if we apply any companies directly, we will be placed but not through college and especially this course, but other courses are having very good opportunities. As this course recruiters will say it is over qualified.

Suppose if you didn't place on any companies college will provide you a great working opportunity in academic campus that is great average package in this college placement is a three lpa that's more enough for an bachelor student but the higher package of this college in arts and science is 15 to 20 for engineering is 58 this is the highest package in Coimbatore

My Experience on my College.

Placement Experience:

No arrears students are eligible on the college campus placement drive. Top MNC companies are visiting the campus and providing a good role and salary. There are 10+ MNC companies,15+ Startups, and 5+ core companies visiting the placement, And many students are placed the good roles with nice stipends (Look like MNC, Zoho, Wipro, TVS, etc). My plan is to place the good company with the package.

My review

Remarks:

Positive - The Library. It is dumped with more than 82k books. With digital library and fantastic reference section. Play ground, gym etc well equipped and nicely maintained. Nice wifi connectivity. Canteen with nominal rate any one could afford. Entrepreneur we have TBI for young Entrepreneurs fully functioning. Negative - Staff have to update or read books before they come to class. Syllabus should match the industrial needs. Labs should be well equipped.
