I appliad to SRM Institute of technology,saveetha medical college,Sri ramachandra medical college,Jaya group of institutions and government kilpuat medical college but I could not get anywhere here. Because I had low marks instead I got if at Madras medical college.The teaching here is very good and I can understand everything quickly. because all the yeah very well this college is very close to my departure.madras medical college is a very good college

Madras medical college is a very good college.The teachers here teach everything very well. Any doubt will be cleared immediately. There are a lot of entertainment classes available here. Teachers treat us very kindly not like they treat students. The students here are all good matured. No ranking. Everyone is very friendly

School hall fees is 4000. Uniform fees 5400. PTA fees 560. Books fees 6900. Tag fees 150. College management fees 1000. I got a job in this same college. I have a medical scholarship. There are a lot of sholarship in this subject

Madras medical college has a very extensive library. Festival is all about luxury. Everything for sports is college first. The library has all kind of books. All kind of sports in our college. Sports has a different teacher. And many social group available for our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is relevant to the course . Dissection halls help you to understand the anatomy of body. Physiology help to understand the basic metabolism in the body. Pathology and microbiology help to understand the pathophysiology of diseases. Medicine, surgery, obgy, etc are in the final year. Overall every department plays role in diagnosing, treating and preventing the diseases.

White Coat Beginnings

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

The college strictly follows NMC rules and which is a very good thing as it helps us prepare for both theory and practical as theory give u the vast knowledge and practical allows us to imply what we learnt and also after the new rules of introducing histology we can also apply the idea of more creativity in a field a lot of creativity is yet to be unfolded they also cover important aspects through regular workshops and educate us with guest lectures from other colleges the important improvement which should be done is having the patience to teach a. Crowd of 250 which teachers should undergo special 2-3 classes to make sure they know what they teach is being reached out to everyone the timing of exam and everything is on time theh give us enough time to prepare and get ready
