Remarks

I haven't applied to any other college. I have applied to Aligarh Muslim University for BSc and b.tech. In b.tech I have not been shortlisted for addmission and I have cleared the b.sc entrance exam having a waiting of 51. Admission criteria are simply that the candidate should secure more than 55 percent in his class 12. My admission has been completed on the counseling day I have opted for physics and same day I have submitted my whole year's fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I am interested in physics from starting and secured 92 marks in physics in my class 12 board exams. The faculty-student ratio is quite good as there are 15 students to 1 teacher. highly qualified teaching faculty is present all have done their PhDs from prestigious and renowned colleges. There are two sessional in each subject in each semester of 15 marks each and then a semester exam of 70 marks. It's not very much difficult to pass but if you haven't studied then surely you will find it difficult and even though you might get failed.

Placement Experience

2

There are no placements provided in this course. It's only up to the students how they seek or approach any recruiter. I am planning to do an MBA. And currently preparing for it. Placement provided in the courses like b.tech MBA. Many companies visited the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fees hike. Fees are very appropriate and very low compared to other colleges. The first fee is 9675 and for the second year and third year, it is 6075 only including the hostel fee. There are many scholarships which came from time to time helping students of poor economical background. No job I have got till now because job or placement is not provided in this course.

Campus Life

4.5

There are many annual fest programs such as lit fest movie fest food fest. They are basically conducted in the month of February. there is Milana Azad library which is the largest library in Asia and there are numerous books available. The classrooms are air-conditioned and have a projector for presentation and whiteboard with a big space for students. Extracurricular activities are also conducted under the name of hostel functions in which each hostel conducts these activities. There are several groups on WhatsApp and pages on Instagram which provide information about the university and help students in their difficulties.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The room is big and has a space for 4 persons and 4 persons easily reside in it. room has one fan and separate beds and study table and chair and almirah for each of the student. The washroom and bathroom are common for 10-15 rooms. Meal provided in the hostel is just ok as they charge only rs.1000-1200 per month which includes breakfast lunch and dinner. Each day one time they offer non veg and other time veg. registration process is quite easy for the hostel and very affordable as it only costs rs.2000 per year. I have rented a room for rs.2500 per month in shamshad market aligarh the pg is good having all the necessary facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

bsc is still very relevant if the faculty and professors are actively involved with the students , but in my college they lack this quality . when i took admissions exams were conducted yearly , but from this year they have introduced semester wise bsc , ending the yearly based examinations now they conduct exams 2 times a year . they dont easily give marks so a student must have to do a real hardwork as faculties are not that helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me you should choose Brahmanand College but as I wanted more practicals then theory work but it is not like that here because you get more time to study and practicals were less .Exams' timings were sometimes morning, afternoon so you will have to manage yourself accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
