CET, My friends also were writing this exam so I didn't think much to switch to writing other exams. My admission was done easily like I paid Rs.33,000/- as govt fee at the CET hall and Rupees 10000 at the college for development fee. In the CET conference hall actually the interview was taken in 3 rounds and unfortunately.
Internships Opportunities
No, Our college doesn't provide internship so no question of visiting the companies to our college hence nothing is there to providing details on this.
Placement Experience
No companies used to visit our college for the placement but instead we used to go to other college campus for the interview. In our batch only one student selected in the global edge company and the interview was held in B.V.B college of engineering , Hubli. He offered for 20,000/- .
Fee Structure And Facilities
As compare to now the fee structure was very less. For us they took only 10000 as development fee in the college and 33000 thousand at the CET. And exam fee was 125/- for each subject so for every semester the exam fee comes around 625/-.
Fees and Financial Aid
Student used to say there is a scholarship available but I never seen applying anybody for the scholarship. Loan facility was not at all available in our college.
Campus Life
Gender ratio of 60% girls and 40% boys except mechanical branch. Student parties was happening every week like birthday, anything new item bought etc in hostel. Workshop also was nice , cultural activity student only used to celebrate, ethnic wear, pink day, red day, etc. Interms of ragging college committee had very strict rules like they used to remove him from college itself.
Exam Structure
Yes, of course the exams were very hectic for us which was conducting every month. But the labs were absolutely fantastic for us because we had few components so only 2 or 3 people used to do the lab remaining people just watch what they do. So we used to enjoy the lab session. By sitting back.
Admission
In the year 2011 I wrote CET exam after that they released the result in after two months. In the next month itself they announced the result and my rank was 3456. we went to CET conference hall for the seat selection process. Where they will be given us to choose the seat according to our rank. For the first two round I had choose the Saint Joseph Engineering College , Mangalore.
Faculty
I would like to say frankly that the 80% of the faculties in our college were just completed their B.E remaining 15% of people were done their M.Tech and remaining 5% people were done p.hd. including our principal. Only few faculties were able to teach with interest to the students remaining were just for salary come and go.
