Remarks

They should have pass grades 10 & 12 with greater than 60 percent and there is no minimum age as I think. The admission process was too easy and less time-consuming. I applied online and fill the form and submit some documents.

I chose this course because I like to take it. The faculty student ratio is about 1:70 almost. The qualifications of the faculties are high as expected and some average qualified faculties. There are exams in two terms Mid-Sem and End-Sem in every semester.

Placement Experience

The placements by the college are good and many students take admission for this. From the 7th semester, the placements are available from the college. There are several companies like Adobe, Google, Zscaler, Wipro, TCS etc are visit for placements. The Highest package of the last year was around 45lpa and the average package of the college is around 4-5lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is so simple you have to pay the semester fees at the start of the semester. There are some scholarships for the students based on merit and for the Himalayan stated around 20%.

Campus Life

The campus life is good and the environment of the campus is also very good and fresh. The annual functions and the seminars are also held in the college every month. The books are always available in the library and journals also. The classrooms are also good and comfortable. The sports facilities are quite good not excellent. There are many school groups and clubs managed by students to connect.

GEU makes complete engineers!

Placement Experience:

Oracle these days as some alumni of our college are working there and they have made them come to our university every year. Google and Amazon as well hired students almost every year from our college and because it's a batch of 900 students the average is 8 lakhs as some students even gets placements of 40-50 LPA every year.

Good Talk

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th sem. Recently, Visa visited our college but didn’t make any offers. The highest package in 2024 was 84 LPA, while the average is around 4 LPA. Nearly 80% of students get placed across different companies. After my degree, I plan to build strong tech skills and aim for a good software developer role.

A conforting campus experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

the btech curriculum is relevant with good balance of theory labs and project which influenced my decision to join it prepares students for internships and higher studies .adding more industry workshops and latest tools would help. exams are moderate with internal tests and one final each semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum at graphic era hill university as highly relevent and fairly comprehensive because it include all the essential subjects like data structures ,operating system , database management systems etc.the combinatiin of both practical abd theory subject can help student to gain real word knowledge and can also achieve technical skills,the curriculum could be improve by adding more hands on industry projects , live workshop and update elective options that focus on current technologies ,exam frequency is well structured with one mid semester and one end semester , the exams are moderately difficult .

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
